I almost had the ICND2.
I got a 744/825
Configure, verify, and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and interswitch communications : 60%
Implement an IP addressing scheme and IP Services to meet network requirements in a medium-size Enterprise branch office network : 88%
Configure and troubleshoot basic operation and routing on Cisco devices : 50%
Implement, verify and troubleshoot NAT and ACLs in a medium-size Enterprise branch office network : 67%
Implement and verify WAN links : 71%
I think about another month of study will help me pass.

closer
I'm getting closer to the dates. School is getting in the way of everything. It would be nice not to be in school. So I can just have the extra time to do what I need to do. I really hope I can loose some sleep so I can study what I need to study and go through what I need to go through.
I still need to go through troubleshooting and configuration with ICND2. I don't know what to expect on the test even though I have the syllabus with all the stuff I can be tested on. I think I'll do alright but I'll see what the test tells me. I know I know a lot of the information but because I don't have the up to date gear, its tough to remember configurations. Switch security, ACL, and Routing Authentication configurations are causing the trouble just because I don't have the updated IOS, Routers, and Switches. After the test I will be getting the updated gear. All I can do is practice what I can practice and memorize what I can memorize then hope not to get the most difficult questions and pray about it. I did pretty good on the ICND1 the first time even though I failed it and didn't have all the up to date gear. Mostly because of simple mistakes. This time I'll try not to make mistakes but because its a timed test and the pressure is on, it'll be difficult.

15 days
15 days until the ICND2 exam. I'm going over everything that I think I need to go over for this exam. IPv6 is still a pain but I'm understanding it more. NAT configurations is confusing at times. Frame Relay troubleshooting isn't fun. Other than that, I think I'm good. Unless I have trouble with ACL.

weeks
My progress for the ICND2 exam is going well. I'm just reviewing and doing labs and I think I won't have that many problems like I did for the ICND1 exam. Just because I think I know how the exam will go. I also know that I have to go slower on things and take my time just to make sure I do things the correct way. I think I know a lot of the material that I need to know and I feel that I can do what I need to do before I take the ICND2 exam. I think I'm going to focus more on the stuff that I don't know well. I can't wait to get this exam done with and get into IINS/CCNA: Security.
I feel the same way with the Security+ exam. I think that I'm almost ready to take the exam. I just hope I really pass this exam, even though this exam isn't as important as the ICND2 exam. I just want to get these two exams done so I can apply to jobs and actually have a chance to get a job.
